Research shows that supervision works to reduce the long term impact of continuous pressure, it can lead to healthier, happier and more resilient leaders who perform better and are less likely to burnout (Graßmann & Schermuly, 2018). Supervision is an investment in pro-active support for your employees wellbeing.
In developing this unique service we have drawn on our experience of implementing supervision models commonly used in clinical and coaching settings.
This is supplemented by our extensive experience of delivering resilience training to a variety of organisations and supporting senior leaders and professionals with their real life people issues..
In 2021 the Journal of Occupational Psychology published the Skills-based Model of Personal Resilience developed by two of our co-founders Dr J Dr Joanna Burrell and Dr Felicity Baker.

The model forms the foundation of all our resilience-based work with clients.
Supervision works best when undertaken regularly and consistently over a longer term period.
Therefore we generally recommend a minimum of 4 quarterly sessions, and most commonly 6-12 sessions undertaken on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
